We are a Virtual Staffing company that helps our US clients to hire their Overseas Filipino Team Members. We only hire people from the Philippines because we believe in their skills and talents. We don't make a profit from your salary! 100% of your salary will be sent directly to you by the client through your preferred payment channels (e.g., Paypal, Wise, Skrill, Payoneer, etc.).

💼 DIRECT-TO-CLIENT EMPLOYMENT. Once you pass our recruitment process and are selected by the client, you will be entirely deployed to the client.
💵 NO SALARY DEDUCTIONS. Whichever amount was offered to you by our recruitment staff will be sent directly to your bank account through Wise by the client.
🕰 LONG-TERM. We like calling our hires remote employees. As long as you meet the client's expectations, you will have the opportunity to work with the client for 5-10 years or more. (Of course, we'd like you to exceed the client's expectations)
🇵🇭 PAID MAJOR PH HOLIDAYS. Our clients value our culture as much as we respect theirs.
🛫 PAID VACATION LEAVES. We want you to enjoy the beauty of life. (Elevate and Delegate don't have control over this)
💸 13TH-MONTH PAY. This depends on the clients. However, we typically suggest our clients offer this as an incentive. (Elevate and Delegate don't have control over this)
🚀 SALARY INCREASE. Yes! That's right. Of course, this depends on your performance. (Elevate and Delegate don't have control over this.)
